Privacy Policy

Appointment Policy 
We understand that life happens, but arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. While we strive to complete your session within the scheduled time, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. For more information on fees, please refer to our cancellation policy. 

Cancellation / No Show Policy 
At Auri Aesthetics, we require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations. This policy ensures that we can accommodate other guests in a timely manner and respect our providers’ time. If you fail to notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, a non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged to the credit card on file. 

We respect our providers’ time, as they are often booked weeks in advance with a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, which allows the Auri Aesthetics team to continue providing the highest quality service to you and future patients while valuing our team members’ time. 

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. 

Membership Policy 
When you sign up for a membership at Auri Aesthetics, there is a minimum term of 6 months. After this initial 6-month period, you have the flexibility to put your membership on hold, downgrade to a different tier, or cancel if you no longer require the membership benefits. 

Please note that once funds are deducted from your account and placed into your patient wallet, they are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other patients. All funds will have 1 year from the date they are deducted before they expire. 

Refund Policy 
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results can vary significantly from person to person. While we do our best to achieve your desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments required to achieve the desired results. 

Retail : We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. 

Gift Certificates : No refunds on gift certificate purchases.
