Meet Mindi

With more than 15 years of clinical experience, Mindi Larson, RN, brings both technical skill and genuine compassion to her role at Auri Aesthetics. Her journey in nursing began in 2007, where she built a strong foundation on a demanding medical-surgical and oncology unit before transitioning into obstetrics. Those early years shaped her ability to deliver care with precision, patience, and empathy, qualities that now define her work in aesthetic medicine.

Mindi’s transition into aesthetics came from a simple truth she’s always believed: confidence is transformative. Her approach blends clinical excellence with artistry, helping patients feel refreshed, self-assured, and aligned with their natural beauty. Rather than change how someone looks, Mindi focuses on subtle, thoughtful enhancements that highlight what already makes each patient unique.

At Auri, Mindi is known for her warm, steady presence and her ability to make every patient feel at ease. She views every treatment as a collaboration: listening closely, educating clearly, and creating a plan that supports both short- and long-term goals. Her patients trust her not only for her results but for her sincerity and attention to detail.

Mindi’s background in women’s health continues to influence her approach to aesthetics. Having supported patients through many meaningful life stages, she understands the importance of self-care and how rejuvenation, inside and out, can empower confidence and well-being.

A proud Arizona native, Mindi lives in San Tan Valley with her husband and five children. When she’s not in the treatment room, she’s most often at a ball field, dance performance, or planning a getaway to the mountains or the beach. Family, balance, and gratitude remain the cornerstones of her life: values that naturally flow into her work at Auri.
